Silent Auction & Balloon Raffle
In addition to the fabulous music & dancing at the Beringer Twilight T-Dance, attendees will also have the opportunity to bid on great items donated by local businesses and individuals. Proceeds from the sale of these items will benefit the CARE Network Program at The Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
Silent Auction
The silent auction will take place during the event. Tables full of amazing items will be located near the dance floor. See something you can't live without? Simply grab a pen and write your name, phone number and bid on the bid sheet in front of the item . . . then keep checking back. Someone else may be bidding against you. At a point in the evening an announcement will be made that the silent auction is ending. The high-bidder when the auction closes "wins" that item. They can pay for the item with cash, check or major credit card.
Balloon Raffle
This is a very popular event. You buy a balloon for $10.00. Pop the balloon to find out what you've won. Every balloon will have a prize in it worth at least $10.00 - YOU CAN'T LOSE! Every time you hear a balloon pop at the event you'll know that $10.00 has just been donated to the CARE Network!

Support a wonderful cause and showcase your products and services! Gain exposure to the anticipated crowd of 300 attendees of the Beringer Twilight T-Dance at Beringer Vineyards in celebration of Gay Pride month on Saturday, June 20, 2009. In return for your donation, you/your company will receive:
- Exposure/positioning of your product or promotional materials at the raffle/auction display.
- Special recognition as a donor on signage displayed at the event.
- A tax deduction as allowed by law.

The CARE Network is a unique and impactful community outreach program that provides support and care for low income, uninsured or underinsured chronically ill patients in their homes. The main goal is to help individuals better manage their own health and improve their quality of life by addressing their basic needs of food, transportation, medication and shelter, in addition to nursing and social work services. CARE Network recognizes that there are many issues and concerns outside of an individual's disease that inhibits patients from being able to focus on managing their own illness. Most patients are overwhelmed, feel a sense of hopelessness and are lost within the healthcare system. CARE Network provides a body, mind and soul solution for the most vulnerable in our community.
