Silent Auction & Balloon Raffle

In addition to the fabulous music & dancing at the Beringer Twilight T-Dance, attendees will also have the opportunity to bid on great items donated by local businesses and individuals.

Proceeds from the sale of these items will benefit the CARE Network Program at The Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

Silent Auction
The silent auction will take place during the event. Tables full of amazing items will be located near the dance floor. See something you can't live without? Simply grab a pen and write your name, phone number and bid on the bid sheet in front of the item . . . then keep checking back. Someone else may be bidding against you. At a point in the evening an announcement will be made that the silent auction is ending. The high-bidder when the auction closes "wins" that item. They can pay for the item with cash, check or major credit card.

Balloon Raffle
This is a very popular event. You buy a balloon for $10.00. Pop the balloon to find out what you've won. Every balloon will have a prize in it worth at least $10.00 - YOU CAN'T LOSE! Every time you hear a balloon pop at the event you'll know that $10.00 has just been donated to the CARE Network!

The CARE Network is a unique and impactful community outreach program that provides support and care for low income, uninsured or underinsured chronically ill patients in their homes. The main goal is to help individuals better manage their own health and improve their quality of life by addressing their basic needs of food, transportation, medication and shelter, in addition to nursing and social work services. Napa Guerilla Gay Pride Kick-Off

A MESSAGE FROM YOUR MISSION COMMANDER

Troops:

We are expecting a fair number of reinforcements to arrive at our location during the weekend of June 19-21, 2009. Their home bases include San Francisco, Sacramento, Reno and Los Angeles, to name a few.

The Napa Guerilla Gay Bar MUST take advantage of this opportunity. Our reconnaissance team has been scouting locations for a mission on Friday, June 19, 2009. The goal? To kick-off Napa Valley Pride 2009 and to make sure our visiting troops get a good opportunity to see the platoon from the Napa Valley in action!

Well, after thorough analysis the team has found the perfect location to kick-off Pride with a bang! Here is your mission assignment. We shall meet at . . .

on Friday, June 19, 2009

Advance intel reveals that we will be greeted with libations (as opposed to being greeted as liberators). The staff at Bardessono is working on several drink specials especially for our troops. The event will bring a smile to all the sailors in our platoon - we'll be holding maneuvers by their pool. Normally, access to the pool is limited to hotel guests only.

No troops should be AWOL from this mission!
