Here’s what we’re looking for: Bingo prizes for “Big Gay Bingo” at the Alexis Baking Company on Sunday, June 12. We’ll be playing 6 or 7 games of Bingo and would like prize packages for each game valued between $25 and $100. Your participation will be announced frequently during the Bingo game to the attendees. The beneficiary of the net proceeds from this event has not yet been determined. We’ll also use these funds to buy this year’s Napa Valley LGBTQ Pride Raffle Prizes – Amazon.com Gift Certificates! We’re looking someone to underwrite the raffle prizes at each of the following levels: One $250 grand prize Two $100 first prizes (totaling $200) Four $25 second prizes (totaling $100) To find out if they’ve won, raffle ticket purchasers will need to come to a particular page of our website to check their numbers. Your name, logo and link to your website will appear on the page as an underwriter of that prize level. Proceeds from raffle ticket sales help to offset the costs of promoting and staging Napa Valley LGBTQ Pride 2011. Any excess funds we receive will be rolled over for use in future Napa Valley LGBTQ Pride celebrations. While we can’t offer you a charitable tax deduction (Napa Valley LGBTQ Pride is not a 501c3 organization) you may be able to deduct the payment as a marketing/promotional expense (please consult your tax advisor).
